Dr Rahul Reddy (Principal dentist)
Dr Reddy is focused on finding the right treatment options for each patient he sees, whilst being gentle and providing the pain- and anxiety-relieving options his patients need. He understands that different issues affect different people and approaches each consultation with the aim of providing options to the patient based on their own needs, not his.
Dr. Rahul Reddy graduated from the University of Western Australia with a double degree in Dentistry with Honours and Science (majoring in Pathology) in 2006. He also completed his Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2012 focussing on Periodontology (gum health and disease) and Restorative Dentistry (building up broken-down teeth). He has a special interest in replacing missing teeth with dental implants. His hobbies include travelling, food and a special form of Karate as self-defence called American Kenpo.
Dr Hugh Sharpe
Qualifications: BDSc (WA)
Dr Hugh Sharpe is a highly skilled dentist who has special interests in most aspects of dentistry. He offers a broad range of treatment at a very high standard. Hugh believes in minimal intervention and his main goal is long term oral health for his patients. Hugh provides volunteer dental care and other general care in Cambodia. He has visited four villages in remote areas of the country in the last five years. He also loves getting involved with the Fun Runs in Perth. Dr Sharpe works in both our Joondalup practice and our sister practice, Smiles in Narrogin.
Dr Ryan Moldrich
Dr Moldrich graduated from the University of Western Australia with a degree in dentistry. He works in both our Joondalup practice and our sister practice, Smiles in Narrogin. Dr Moldrich has worked in Perth and in several rural areas including Albany, Bunbury and Narrogin. He is a caring, gentle dentist, who ensures that his dental treatments are completed to the highest standard possible. Dr Moldrich practices a full range of dental treatments from crowns to tooth whitening to wisdom tooth removal. He also has a special interest in orthodontics and implants and practices the use of Invisalign invisible braces. Dr Moldrich is also involved in several volunteer organisations treating underpriviliged children and people with disabilities, both in Australia and overseas.

Qualifications: Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene
Andrea graduated in 2000 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Curtin University. She loves interacting with people and making nervous patients feel comfortable in a dental environment. She thoroughly enjoys all aspects of dental hygiene but especially loves soft tissue management and tooth whitening. Educating patients in the use of correct techniques and the maintenance of healthy teeth and gums at home is important to her.
Andrea also enjoys travelling to different parts of the world and is fascinated with the diversity found in other cultures. She also enjoys shopping, trying unique foods and spending time with her awesome family and friends.
Senior Front Office Coordinator
Born and raised in sunny South Africa, Rene' and her family made their move to Australia, arriving in Sydney in July 2011, ready to begin their new life "downunder". She is married to a wonderful man and is a mother to two handsome teenage boys - she says she is not biased, she just loves her family to bits!
Rene' has always been involved in administration, particularly focussing on customer service. Previously, she worked in a dental practice in Sydney for 18 months where she was introduced and trained in front office for dental. Rene' moved to Perth in Dec 2013 where she continued my dental journey with Smiles in Australia at Dental at Joondalup.
Rene' loves meeting and chatting to our patients, old and new, and hopse to make their experience with us as comfortable, efficient and enjoyable as possible. She feels very fortunate to work with a super Smiles team and looks forward to the rest of her journey with them.
Reef is originally from New Zealand and has a beautiful little boy named jay. She has five years’ experience as a dental nurse and enjoys gardening and cooking when she has the time! Reef is a friendly dental nurse and always cares for our patients as best as she can.
Stephanie has been working as a dental nurse for 16 years - ten years in the UK and six in Australia. She has covered many aspects of the day-to-day running of dental practices, including both reception and chairside assisting. Steph is caring, sensitive, polite and courteous. She excels at helping anxious patients, children and the elderly to feel calm and comfortable during their appointments. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, keeping fit, going to the beach and walking.
